Caliber Collision

On July 27th I stopped here for an estimate to have the body side moldings on both front doors repaired on our Toyota. The repair was to reattach the moldings that were slowly coming off. I was afraid the next car wash would rip them off. It was an out of pocket repair. Elizabeth estimated the job and I scheduled an appointment with Madison at the front desk to drop our car off on the 30th. In my opinion the estimate was very reasonable. We picked up our car on the 31st and the moldings and workmanship looked like it was brand new. The Caliber technician did an excellent job. The car was even washed for us. We were very happy with the overall experience at this Caliber location. Elizabeth was very prompt and polite. She took good care of us and our car. Madison was friendly and professional in taking care of the transaction procedures. I don't know who to thank for the excellent craftsmanship but you know who you are. And our thanks to the person who made our car look good with the wash. That was a nice touch. Yes, Caliber Collision on South Blvd rates 5 stars with us. This is our second visit there in the last two years. The service is excellent. The repair work is excellent. Cons

I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision and was truly impressed with the level of service I received. Armando exceeded my expectations throughout the entire repair process. His communication was outstanding and he kept me informed every step of the way and made sure I always knew the status of my vehicle. What stood out most was his attention to detail. During his inspection, he identified damage related to the accident that I hadn't even noticed myself, which gave me a lot of confidence that my vehicle was being thoroughly evaluated and repaired correctly. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly takes pride in his work. I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly the repairs were completed. Armando and the team were able to finish the work sooner than expected without sacrificing quality. The entire process was smooth and stress-free, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Thank you to Armando and the Caliber Collision team for providing such exceptional service.

Excellent customer service from my service advisor, Jasmine Lopez. She kept me informed every day and personally called to let me know when my car was ready for pickup. She even offered to stay late since I couldn’t get there until after the shop closed. My car looks great, thank you to Caliber Collision and Jasmine!

The team at Caliber Collision repaired the dented tailgate on my Volvo and made a magnificent job of it. Like new with a perfect color match, and I was kept informed throughout the process. Better still, the car was spotless when I picked it up. A great experience all around. Highly recommended.
